BRYNA STARLING Tae Kwon-Do Black Belt Instructor
Tae Kwon-Do Instructor Bryna Starling started training at the age of three with her father, life-long TKD instructor and former Massachusetts coach, Master Marcos Starling.
Miss Starling is a Kukkiwon internationally certified Black Belt and currently trains and teaches at Franklin Martial Arts, Franklin, MA.
Starling is also a three time National Champion in both forms and Olympic Sparring and is a repeated Mass. State Champion in sparring, forms and breaking.

CARLOS TERRINHA Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt Instructor
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor Carlos Terrinha, head instructor of Terrinha Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a native of Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Mr. Terrinha began his Jiu-Jitsu training 15 years ago receiving his black belt from the internationally recognized Vinicius 'Draculino' Magalhaes from Gracie Barra.
Mr. Terrinha is very experienced in BJJ competitions and Submission Wrestling, and is an active athlete in the sport today. He is a three time Brazilian Champion [Braz. League], BJJ World Champion [2000] and Brazilian Team Competition Champion. He also holds titles such as Pan American Champion & 2nd Place Absolute Division [Orlando, 2001], Rio VS. Minas Challenge Champion, three time Pit-Bull Tournament Champion [Rio de Janeiro] and is a repeated state champion is his home state of Minas Gerais.
Today, more than ever, he continues contributing to the growth of the sport by teaching the techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in the United States. Franklin, Massachusetts is the home of Terrinha Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the fast growing Terrinha Draculino Competition Team.

BRUNO SOUZA Tae Kwon-Do Black Belt Instructor
Mr. Souza holds a Third Degree Black Belt, the rank of senior instructor, and is also a certified Tae Kwon-Do referee and coach. He began his training 12 years ago and received his black belt in 1998 from Master Marcos Starling of Framingham.
Having a heavy competitive background, Mr. Souza has participated in events such as The U.S. Junior Olympics, U.S. Collegiate Nationals, U.S. Senior Nationals, Brazil Open, Pan American TKD Championships, Mass. States, R.I States, NH States, and other local tournaments. He is a seven time Mass. State Champion and a two time National champion in both forms and Olympic style sparring.
Mr. Souza continually strives for improvement, in himself and in his students. He is dedicated to helping his students realize the full benefits of Tae Kwon-Do, as a martial art, as a sport and as a way of life.
